Njalo Naphakade is a fully registered private enterprise – with an African woman from the historically disadvantaged background, leading the NGO that is highly active in the development of remote rural communities, previously black urban townships and densely populated informal settlements, particularly.


To bring evident community development measures to under developed communities:

  • From ignorance and neglect – to modern day education;
  • From rudimentary, subsistence farming to contemporary, advance farming methods.


A better world for all, in the near future, where far flung communities are able to enjoy the ‘richly buttered’ slice of the first world – proudly active in all spheres of global economic development.


To actively involve the rural community (youth, unemployed parents, the physically challenged and senior citizens) in the self upliftment community development projects.

Key Processes:


  • After hours classes: for less fortunate dropouts, adult education classes, illiterate/semi-literate employees, and under/post graduate programmes.

Computer Literacy

  • Basic computer literacy classes: starting the computer, typing, copying and saving, and related.
  • E-mailing
  • Microsoft Excel for graphs and business calculations.

NB: The Company will assist with launching a local internet café business – especially in rural areas where modern ICT centers are not availed.

Skills Development

  • Trades – assisting with community projects initiation and establishment
  • Art & craft: wire baskets weaving and beadwork for gogo’s/grannies and grandpa’s who must do something in order to avoid arthritis and cramping which results from less physical activity.
  • Sports and recreation: initiating soccer and basketball youth, adult and senior citizens teams. This will include indoor sport activities and coaching and management classes.

Marketing and Communication

  • Interview classes, presentations (including lobbying), product promotion and advertisement


This business entity will assist rural farmers with acquiring contemporary farming skills and implements; including business linkages with major role players such as government departments and agencies. Training centers and funders, as we are, currently unable to fund any projects

Executive Director

Mrs. Lungile Ntombenhle Dlamini

At the helm of the company administration, there is the founder and incorporating director, Mrs. Lungile Dlamini. She is a well-educated, business minded lady armed with love for her people and conscientious involvement in the development of less fortunate communities.

Marketing and Communications Director

Mr. Sthembiso Sates Mkhize is well versed in marketing and communications, business management, and other related fields. The company prides itself in his expertise as he sits in the Human rights Commission Statutory law portfolio; participates in the interview training of the community and commercial radio stations. He has assisted many community businesses to establish through his experience in capacity building for NGO’s, CBO’s and NPO’s.


Business Development Consulting Member


Mr. Sipho Simon Dlamini is an experienced community development advisor after serving for an extensive period in community development organisations where he served as project facilitator, construction site manager, and is currently involved in Operation Sukuma Sakhe projects, and the Moral Regeneration Movement Forum of eThekwini municipality.



Under developed rural communities – youth, single mothers, unemployed physically active male persons, senior citizens.


Densely populated townships and urban informal settlements – some of them need urgent training and redeployment in remote rural areas in order to avoid unnecessary influx to cities where there are less employment chances and rise in crime.

Government departments and agencies, industries and large scale farmers/employers with illiterate/semi-literate employees.

Financial strategy

The company invests with highly esteemed financial institutions; and withdrawals and cash lump sums are channeled as per case study, investigation or research outcomes and financial advisor approval.


This business entity has been recently registered with the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property Commission; however, in its second month in business, it is already negotiating for community development projects initiation in Ward 1, Emahehle, Ixopo and Maphumulo District, both in KwaZulu-Natal province where subsistance farming is still taking place and there is the highest rate of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis infection deriving from minimal exposure to educational programmes and modern day technology.

This business entity enjoys business advisory services from reliable Government Agencies such as the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), Business Support, Markets, and Tourism Unit (BSMU)  and the National African Federated Chamber of Commerce (NAFCOC) – to name a few.
